Who certifies your diamonds?

We provide the GIA certificate for the diamond, the certificate is free of charge for diamonds 0.3 carat and above. And GIC certificates for colored gemstones are available for a fee.

 

I cannot find a specific item/piece of information or price in the online store, what do I do? 

If you cannot find a specific item/price/piece of information at our website www.honn.se, please contact customer service at contact@honn.se or what's app: ‪+46 76 90 900 35 and we will do our best to help you.

 

Can I have jewelry bought on your website engraved?

Yes, we offer free engraving on custom made ring in our online store. If the customer want to have engraving afterwards please contact us to get the quote. 

What’s the font of engraving text?

Our standard fonts you can choose from are in italics or straight, you can check HERE for more inspiration. If you wish any other fonts or want to write by hand we can also engrave your handwriting, just ask us and we will arrange that for free.

Is it possible to try your rings?

Yes, you are welcome to visit us at Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm. We have different ring styles you can try.

How long does a project take?

Normally, your custom piece will be in your hands 3-4 weeks after we've finalized your design. If it is in a hurry, you can contact us to order an expedited service which cost 2000 SEK, your order can be made in 2-3 weeks in priority. 

High jewelry processing time will longer than regular products; more details will give in the quote. 

How do I know what size I have?

You can follow our size instruction and contact us to know your true size or you also can order a sizer to measure your size. Read more here.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to 50+ countries worldwide. To see if your country qualifies, start a consultation and ask us!

What are the shipping charges?

For orders with Delivery within Nordic countries we offer free shipping orders over 1500 SEK, or a fixed rate of 59 SEK. 

For orders to be delivered to other EU countries we offer free shipping orders over 3000 SEK, or a fixed rate of 350 SEK will be charged.

HONN reserves the right to adjust these freight rates and service fees in accordance with price increases occurring during the period between the day when the order was placed and the day of delivery.

Customers can choose to pick up your products in our store which is located in Birger Jarlsgatan 23, Stockholm, Sweden. You have to contact us by email contact@honn.se or call direct +46 769090035 to book a time before you come.

I order from a country outside the EU, how do I pay the customs fee?

It will pay you when the package arrives, the carrier will contact you to resolve it.

If I didn’t pick up my package, do I have to pay for that?

If the package is not picked up, the customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterward.

The online payment options that I use?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, Paypal, Swish.

When do you ship my order? 

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. If the item is not in stock or it’s custom jewelry, such as pre-order / make to order, it will be shipped within 3-4 weeks from receipt of the order. 

Is my package insured?

We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from HONN to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.

Can you deliver to a post office box address/number?

No, for security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.

Can I exchange, cancel or return my order?

Yes, you have the right to exchange, cancel or return your purchase within 21 days after receipt of the goods. 

Please NOTICE that the special custom made orders (customer-designed jewelry), modified jewelry from our website are not included in our exchange, cancellation and return policy. SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How to exchange, cancel or return the order?

For all exchanges, cancellations and returns, a return label has to be ordered from HONN, you can go to this page to order return label from us.

After we handle your case, you will receive a prepaid return label from us, and you can drop off the package at the nearest post service point.

We will deduct 59 SEK for the provided return label for Nordic countries, or 35 EUR for other countries.

You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery. If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterward.

Fill in the return form that came with your package and include it in your package when you return it. You must exchange or return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 7 working days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to withdraw.

Can I exchange or return my item in store?

Yes, returns and exchanges in HONN Stockholm store is available at Birger jarlsgatan 23, please send us an email to book your visit time: contact@honn.se

Please show a copy of your order confirmation when you come to the store.

If your new item has a higher price, you must pay the balance at the store. However, stores cannot give refunds or issue store credit. So if you want to exchange your item for one with a lower price, you must do this in the online store.

How can I get my refund?

Once we confirm your return, the refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made. 

Please note that it may be a few days before the money is available in your account. For questions concerning your account, please contact your bank or card issuer.
