EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You have the right to exchange, cancel or return your purchase within 21 days after receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for an exchange and return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. New with all tags in the original packaging. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product’s value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products’ nature, characteristics and method of functioning. Since the product’s packaging is essential for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned. However, you can, of course try your product to see if it fits. Remember to be careful and keep in mind that jewelry is easy to scratch, and we do not accept jewelry that in some way, is damaged or scratched in return or exchange. If the item is engraved or similar, we will charge a recovery fee of 500 SEK, and it will be deducted when refunding.
Please NOTICE that the special custom such as made to orders/pre-order (customer-designed jewelry), and order custom jewelry in- store, modified jewelry from our website are not included in our exchange, cancellation and return policy.
SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The right of withdrawal lapses 21 days after receipt of the goods. You must return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 21 days of receipt.
For all exchanges, cancellations and returns, you need to fill in a return form, please click here. After we handle your case, you will receive a confirmation email with the guide of return from us, and you must return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 21 days of receipt.
We will deduct 59 SEK for the provided return label for Nordic countries, or 30 EUR for other countries.
You cannot simply choose not to receive/sign for the package upon delivery. If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will be invoiced afterwards.
Please include the return form in your package when you return it. You must exchange or return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 7 working days from the date on which you received confirmation email from us.
When you exchange the product, if the new item has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the payment card with which the purchase was made. If the new item has a higher price, the exchange will be handled as a cancellation of your first purchase. The entire amount will thus be refunded to the payment card with which the purchase was made, and you will then have to place a new order for the item you want instead. In that case, you will be contacted by customer service.
When the new product has been dispatched you will receive an email with invoice and delivery confirmation.

When you cancel a purchase we will refund your payment minus any return fee to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your parcel that you wish to withdraw. We can withhold the refund until we have received the return product(s). Refunds are transferred to the payment card with which the purchase was made.
